The hotel needs some updates. The gym was particularly disappointing. The equipment looked very old and possibly unsafe. storage space in the room was limited so it was hard to settle in properly.

The location proved quite advantageous. It was quiet, yet very close to the tramway line. check-in and check-out were notably easy. the room provided a comfortable space to rest after long days of exploring. i would definitely consider staying again.
the air conditioning was not functioning optimally , which slightly affected the overall comfort.

The location allowed quick access to the grand bazaar. i appreciated having a tramway station nearby. the hotel bar provided great service. the staff was friendly and helpful. Mehmet at the bar was very helpful.

My room was quite small. the hotel was somewhat old and not very well kept. I noticed mold in the bathroom. The rugs in the hallway were visibly dirty and old.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfasts offered a nice variety. i particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the general hotel areas. the sea view from my room was a plus.

the location was really convenient. key attractions were about 15-20 minutes away. we booked connecting rooms. it worked perfectly for us traveling with children. the reception staff was fantastic and helpful.
the area was very noisy. the airco did not work very well. taxis could not drive up in front of the hotel. the road in front of the hotel was steep.

the health spa was very good. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing. the roof terrace provides views of the bosphorus. using these facilities is a must.
