convenient locationquick accessfriendly staff
The location allowed quick access to the grand bazaar. i appreciated having a tramway station nearby. the hotel bar provided great service. the staff was friendly and helpful. Mehmet at the bar was very helpful.
the hotel is somewhat dated.

My room was quite small. the hotel looked somewhat old and not very well-kept. I noticed mold in the bathroom. The rugs in the hallway were visibly dirty and old.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfasts offered a nice variety. i particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the general hotel areas. the sea view from my room was a plus.
the mini fridge was completely empty, a little inconvenient.

the location was really convenient. key attractions were about 15-20 minutes away. we booked connecting rooms. it worked perfectly for us traveling with children. the reception staff was fantastic and helpful.
the area was very noisy. the airco did not work very well. taxis could not drive up in front of the hotel. the road in front of the hotel was steep.

the health spa was very good. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing. the roof terrace provides views of the bosphorus. using these facilities is a must.
