The carts used by the cleaning staff every morning were noisy, waking me up far too early. the hotel felt quite boring. There was very little entertainment. also, the steep hill to get to the center was difficult, especially returning to the hotel.

the location provided very nice views. Especially beautiful at night. the staff were attentive. Providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and bars. i particularly appreciated the really good service from the front desk team.
I found the steep road to the hotel a bit challenging to walk. Taxis were necessary for short distances.

The hotel features two well-kept pools and a tennis court. Breakfast offered a wide variety with local options included. Staff members were supportive and helpful when I requested a late check out, accommodated without issue.
The hotel's steep access road presented a challenge for walking to and from the city center. A shuttle service to assist with the hill would be a welcome improvement. This inconvenience affected my overall experience regarding accessibility.
