fresh fruit great selection amazing view
The room was clean. I appreciated the AMAZING breakfast. There was a great selection of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. The location was perfect. It had AMAZING views overlooking the harbor.
The welcome on arrival felt a little odd.

tasty food plentiful portion great location lacking view small bathroom westward orientation
The restaurant offered tasty food and plentiful portions. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The location is great, right on the harbor.
The room faced the back of the bar, so it lacked any view. I noticed it got quite warm in the room due to the westward orientation. The bathroom was a bit small.

Excellent Harbour Stay
caring staff excellent meal fine location
I enjoyed the fresh and hot seafood dishes. The staff were very friendly and caring. The location was fine and the harbour was lovely, with a reasonable amount of amenities in the local area.
The room I stayed in felt basic but functional.

The hotel's location is amazing providing convenient access to the charming harbor and nearby beach. The views from the hotel overlook the harbor and provide great photo opportunities. Parking is easily accessible near the premises.

The room was very comfy and tidy providing wonderful views of the sea. The rooms have blackout curtains which help with sleeping. The beds had fresh clean linens and comfortable pillows for a good night's rest.

The staff were cheerful and friendly and offered prompt service at all times. The personnel demonstrated excellent attention to detail and they were quick to resolve any issues. The staff accommodated every request I had.

drain smell steep stairs
Breakfast included a selection of cereals and juices.
My room smelled strongly of drain. It. Steep stairs to the room were also not great for luggage.

disruptive noise undesirable view
The room I received was not ideal. It faced the back street, offering a less than desirable view. the noise from what sounded like kitchen equipment was quite disruptive. This made relaxing in the room difficult. I think management should consider soundproofing rooms near service areas. I also think a harbour view room should be offered free of charge.

lovely harbour stay!
easy check-in clean room quiet room harbour location
the check-in was easy and very friendly. our room was clean and also quiet. breakfast included a good selection. the location overlooks the harbour (which is beautiful!).
there was no elevator to our room on the second floor, navigating stairs with luggage.

the staff provided a warm welcome. they were attentive and ready to help with directions to local attractions (like dunnottar castle). their responsiveness ensured a smooth stay throughout the visit.
