The staff I encountered were friendly. The grounds are well kept, which I appreciated. I found fresh milk in the fridge in my room for making tea and coffee (this was a welcome touch).
I found the restaurant a bit cold. My beef was quite tough and not very hot. I also had some issues with the bill when paying, a bit chaotic (other guests also had similar problems).
