My room was quite spacious! The bathroom looked top, it was really clean. Check-in and check-out were fast. The food in Flavors was excellent, i really enjoyed it.
The air conditioning temperature was fixed. I could not change it. The room felt very hot and uncomfortable, it was hard to sleep. I did miss slippers, i expect to find them in a five-star hotel.

The hotel restaurants provide a variety of options. I found the breakfast buffet complete, it includes many choices of hot and cold dishes. Freshly squeezed juices and pastries are available too.

The staff provided fast and efficient service during check-in and check-out. Staff members were always polite and helpful with any requests. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate, it was excellent.
