Linus at the front desk helped me with every question I had. Amir the bellboy greeted me with warmth. K.Ryan was an excellent waiter in Oscar's restaurant. The library held such a quiet charm for an afternoon reading.
The television remote in my room occasionally lagged when I attempted to change channels. It was a minor inconvenience.

this hotel is so beautiful. it had great service and a fabulous location! my room was huge and luxurious, and the bathroom was beautifully appointed. the staff are charming and very helpful.
Check-in was slow. there was no clear sign for where to wait at the reception. the bathtub is designed strangely. It's too high.
