the breakfast was superb!!! i particularly enjoyed the extensive menu with healthy options. i found the service to be prompt and attentive. the workout gym was large and well-equipped.

The check-in process was quick and easy. A gentleman at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean and well appointed with a mini fridge and a free safe.
The toilet handle was broken in the room! There was no way to adjust the room temperature. The room stayed warm and musty feeling. This made it difficult to sleep.

the reception staff greeted me efficiently. i received all the information i needed quickly. the room was super clean and the bed was comfortable.
the hotel shop was expensive. i paid almost 7 pound for a packet of sweets. the food options for children were limited at dinner.
