The room was amazing. It was large and well-equipped with fine views. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The team was great, they remembered my drink orders. The staff was always available to help out.

The hotel's location right by the river thames is great. i enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by (it was very peaceful!). the team were also great. They remembered our drinks and were always attentive.

the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. i suggest checking its operation upon arrival to avoid a warm evening, especially during peak summer months.
