Great stay overall
large room comfortable room designed lobby good bathroom
I found the rooms large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were good. A bath was available. The provisions in the rooms were certainly adequate, i did appreciate them. The lobby and restaurant area are designed beautifully.
The thermostat in my room did not work correctly, so the room seemed like a sauna.

Emily in the bar, she is amazing. She always makes sure I have everything I need. I always see her going above and beyond. The restaurant had an excellent menu, it was simple but tasty.
Checking in took a long time. I requested a quiet room but I got one right next to the stairs. Every resident walked past the room.

i found the check-in process easy. the restaurant provided good food for both dinner and breakfast. the parking area had ample space and cost only £4 for 24 hours. the main reception area included a bar and restaurant.
the hotel wanted to charge for the wi-fi
