Angeline served us and she addressed my nephew's peanut allergy carefully. She liaised with the kitchen and assured us the food was suitable. Cherie at reception welcomed me warmly and check in was quick.

The staff was SOOO friendly and professional! Customer service was excellent. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me to provide directions when I got lost searching for the car park (what a lifesaver!). The breakfast was 5 star. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy!

The main light in my room did NOT work. The window was stuck open, and only the thin cover would close. The wind HOWLING through the open window made sleep IMPOSSIBLE.
