The front desk staff displayed really good politeness. they matched the high standards expected at top-tier hospitality establishments! the room included a spacious mezzanine floor. This was a big bonus. i found it a short walk to kensington gardens and london paddington.
The room walls seemed thin. i could clearly hear every footstep in the other rooms. The creaking sound from the wood was consistently loud.

the hotel maintains a calm and relaxed atmosphere. even with many people at reception it was a calm experience! complimentary coffee and pastries in reception represented a nice amenity.

All of the staff members are lovely and very helpful, i think that it's an really good service! they were always smiling and ready to solve the issues. I admired their constant disposition.

The location proved convenient. easy check in was appreciated. the room included complimentary shower gel. It had a lovely scent.
I am nearly two meters tall. My feet extended beyond the bed. the advertisement described a double bed. the provided bed seemed better suited for one person. noise proved to be a significant issue. doors slammed loudly. I was awakened during the night as people passed through.

the hotel's location proved convenient with hyde park just minutes away. lancaster gate tube station was also a short walk, offering easy access to the city center. i found the area around the hotel to be nice and quiet, which i appreciated after a day of sightseeing.
I noticed the room had some wear and tear, specifically the carpet. It was old and showed visible stains. while the bathroom was clean, the overall condition of the carpet detracted from the experience.

the beautiful family room had ample space, but its style felt a bit outdated, especially the carpet, which showed noticeable wear and tear. despite this, the bed offered adequate comfort, and the bathroom was clean and adequately supplied. a thorough refresh would do MUCH to improve the room's overall appeal.

i did not have breakfast AT the hotel, because i met family elsewhere. i observed a good variety of shops and cafes nearbywith convenient alternatives for morning meals. this proximity allowed flexibility in my dining choices, avoiding the fixed hotel schedule.
