I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was clean with lovely white bedding. the pool area was a great facility. My daughters played in the pool for hours (they really loved it!).
the room became quite hot, so i had to call reception to turn off the heating. the reception kindly offered a fan, which helped.

the hotel is a short walk to a bus stop with regular service. buses take you into the city for a small fee. it's quite convenient to leave the car and catch a bus into the city.

I found the room clean and of decent size. The restaurant food tasted delicious to me. I enjoyed access to all facilities, the pool, sauna, gym, steam room, and jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner were great and a good start of the day.
The bedroom door closers sounded a bit strong. I felt the doors slam unnecessarily.

A short bus ride took me right into the heart of the city.
the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up with the warm weather, it was not very effective
