pleasant stay with excellent service
spacious room clean room friendly staff
i appreciated the spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed. the breakfast had much choice and proved to be good value. the staff were cute , friendly, efficient, and helpful, contributing to a great stay overall.
the sauna maintained only a minimum acceptable temperature of 85c. i feel that it could have been warmer.

The hotel has a great outdoor area. it is very well maintained! the staff were friendly especially at the bar. i would certainly visit again. i liked having access to the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all day. The chef was very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances. It was amazing!
i found the hotel room was tired! the bathroom really needed updating. the room didn't have a fridge but one was provided when i asked for it. i thought the food in the restaurant was very average. but i did find a great italian restaurant down the road called valentino's.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was clean with lovely white bedding. the pool area was a great facility. My daughters played in the pool for hours (they really loved it!).
the room became quite hot, so i had to call reception to turn off the heating. the reception kindly offered a fan, which helped.

clean room delicious food various facilities great breakfast
I found the room clean and of decent size. The restaurant food tasted delicious to me. I enjoyed access to all facilities, the pool, sauna, gym, steam room, and jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner were great and a good start of the day.
The bedroom door closers sounded a bit strong. I felt the doors slam unnecessarily.

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including fresh pastries and fruits, a lovely start to each day. the pool facilities, with the sauna and jacuzzi, provided a relaxing experience. the location allowed easy access to local attractions. A short bus ride took me right into the heart of the city.
the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up with the warm weather, it was not very effective
