Fantastic Stay!

The breakfast buffet was very comfortable. It had a really spacious restaurant. Walking into the City Centre was easy from here. The team was super friendly. I especially enjoyed chatting with Rekha in the mornings! We had such a lovely time at this great hotel. I will certainly return.
I ordered the soup, and the bread was rock hard. I could not physically tear it apart.

The swimming pool is of a great size. You book a 30-minute slot. There is also a sauna. the hotel supplies lockers. You just go swim and come out. Changing rooms exist. Timings work effectively.

The staff were always friendly. They foster a lovely family atmosphere among staff and guests. Staff members were professional and could not do enough for you. The team is very kind and responsive. I felt totally supported.

The breakfast had great choices. This made it lovely. I really enjoyed the selection of continental options. The fried breakfast was superb! I also thought the food in the restaurant tasted really good. So tasty.

I found the room spacious, providing ample room to relax after a long day. The hotel's location near the river allowed for a pleasant walk. The breakfast options offered a decent variety. I thought the pool facilities were very well maintained.
The gym was a little small.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Space felt somewhat limited (especially during peak hours). A sauna was available adjacent to the pool area.

The hotel's proximity to the riverbank provided nice walking routes. I noted a bus stop about a 5-minute walk from the entrance. The area felt safe for walking even after dark.

The room was spacious. It offered a nice view overlooking the river (i enjoyed the scenery). Staff members were polite and efficient. The location proved convenient, a short walk to attractions. Breakfast was excellent with plentiful variety of options.
I found the separate toilet and bathroom layout somewhat odd.

check in process was so fast. the superior queen room sofa bed had a sofa. the breakfast selection included fresh fruit. pool was great with plenty of space. the staff really went above expectations. dinner tasted superb.
the bathroom drain emitted a sewage smell. it was pretty bad.
