Relaxing Spa and Great Food
clean spa excellent room delicious food amazing staff
I enjoyed the spa it was clean and inviting. The room I had was excellent. Food in the clubhouse was delicious. Breakfast I found was perfect and the staff was lovely.
The bathroom lacked soap for hand wash. I thought this was not expected from a five star hotel. I did use the shower gel to wash my hands after the toilet.

The hotel is just outside of a small village. The grounds around the hotel are well maintained. I could see the golf course easily from the conservatory. It had excellent views.

Really good Service and Culinary Delights
helpful staff spacious room evening service
The chauffeur parked my car upon arrival, and a concierge handled my bags. Reception staff were cute and helpful, and the room was spacious. The 'turn down' service refreshed the room and replenished supplies each evening.
Some parts of the spa were not available. This was not communicated in advance.

The staff were polite and attentive. They were very knowledgeable about the dishes and wine selections. Concierge services included luggage handling and car parking. It was a seamless and efficient process. Every staff interaction enhanced my visit.
