central location with excellent service
central location easy check friendly staff
i stayed in a family room that offered plenty of space it was very clean i appreciated the quick and easy check in and check out processes the location is central i could easily walk to the minster in about ten minutes staff were friendly and helpful.
the hotel has limited air conditioning i found that only two rooms feature air conditioning during warmer days a fan was provided which helped a bit but proper air conditioning would have been more effective

the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble they seemed happy to assist with requests the team maintained a positive and helpful attitude throughout my stay. they are very friendly.

the hotel features a pizza menu with a trendy style it includes real coffee bags kitkats were a nice touch the restaurant and bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying meals and drinks.

the staff was very cute. the room featured a view of a church from the window. the beds were very comfortable and i rested WELL.
the wifi signal was too weak to connect to in my room, sadly.
