Mixed feelings About my stay
outdated furniture slow drain
The location was very central! It made getting around quite easy.
I found the room somewhat outdated. The furniture felt old and worn. The bathroom was also quite small, I had difficulty moving around comfortably. Finally, the shower drain was slow, forcing me to wait after showering.

the breakfast room was beautiful. it had a good variety. the breakfast was included with the room rate. the decor around the corridors was beautiful, tapestries, statues, paintings.
the beds were really hard. the food tasted old. i thought the hard boiled eggs were like rubber. the walls were thin and i could hear people walking up and down the stairs.

Fantastic Stay Right in the Center!
helpful concierge painted mural comfortable stay clean housekeeping
The concierge was super helpful, I got amazing directions. I saw a wonderful hand painted wall mural and awesome chandelier from a high ceiling. The room had space, I had a very comfortable stay. They kept my room very clean with daily housekeeping, and I like that.
The air conditioning in my room was not very strong. I like a cold room and it was a little too warm for me.

The hotel location allowed easy movement. The train station is near the hotel. The Duomo. Uffizi, are within easy walking distance, this makes visiting those popular spots simple and convenient.

A 24 hour concierge service exists, which I found useful. Breakfast provided me with energy for the day. The hotel's interior included reading rooms, I thought that was a great feature.
