I stayed in the twin room disability access. The room fully met my requirements. A full english breakfast was available , and i recommend it. The evening food offered a good selection.

homemade meal fantastic location friendly staff

i stayed for a few nights and i must say, the food was amazing. it was like a real homemade meal , not something from a chain. the pub's location is also fantastic , it really makes exploring the area easy. the staff were friendly , i was like a local!

the room felt a little cramped. moving around with luggage was tricky.

Staff was helpful with directions. Breakfast included fresh fruit. I enjoyed the steak night promotion. It featured locally sourced ingredients. I found ample parking behind the building.

The emergency lighting was too bright for comfortable sleep.

bright lighting cramped room

The access to the room through the yard proved inconvenient, especially given the weather. I booked a double room but it felt cramped. Emergency lighting in the room shone too brightly. a skylight lacked a blind. This affected sleep. The food was atrocious. It included mushrooms like rubber and sauce from a packet.
