I loved the location. It is totally perfect, smack in the heart of everything! i found my room big and very clean. The 24-hour reception was super convenient! the staff was unbelievably helpful, always giving great advice on transportation and dining options. plus, i even got a free room upgrade when i arrived.
dragging my luggage on the cobbled streets from the seabus stop to the hotel was a slight hassle.

My room had comfy beds with nice pillows, and cleanliness was superb, a big plus for me, it was great. the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything i needed. The upgrade made it even better

the hotel offered a garden area where you could totally sit and relax and enjoy the environment. i found it convenient that the hotel door was always open, even late at night, so coming and going was so easy. wifi was also very good i could work remotely.

being in the heart of everything means i couldn't ask for a better spot. the central bus station and seabus are close, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops are right around me. i managed to take many photos nearby:).

i thought the location worked great right in the center of it all. my room were nice and clean. the beds and pillows was very comfy.
i stayed at room. there was a lot of mould and i could smell it. there is a ventilator installation but not a working fan inside it.

The location was excellent ,right in the heart of everything, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The room was clean and well kept ,and I appreciated the air conditioning and the fridge. The staff was very attentive and helpful ,assisting us with our luggage upon arrival. I also found it very convenient that they offered baggage storage after check-out.
The bathroom lacked a full separation for the shower, causing some water spillage.
