Wonderful stay!

I found the staff helpful, friendly, and professional. Free airport transfers arrived at a time convenient to me. The restaurant was definitely a highlight with local and western choices (I loved the variety). Freshly cooked and tasty meals provided really good value.

The lodge had loud music until late in the evening and safari vehicles left around 4:30 AM. This noise made it difficult to sleep well (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!).

The hotel is conveniently located near the newest mall. The hotel also has good securitywith peace of mind . This location is a great base for exploring.

The room included a comfortable king bed and insect repellent lotion, a thoughtful touch. A spacious room size ensured I had space to relax. I liked that it was clean and well maintained.

The Boma restaurant has a great vibe. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced (the breakfast was great). I enjoyed the combination of local and Western choices available each day.

I received amazing service from the front desk. The front desk officers were amazing and very accommodating to my requests. The staff were friendly and helpful with any needs I had.

The pool area is clean and fun . The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced. The hotel provided a mosquito net, which I found to be very useful.
