the staff were friendly and helpful. the temperature in the room was excellent. i liked that the location was near the bus station.
my room was very small. the self check-in process felt impersonal. breakfast selection was limited for the price.

The room felt quite small. It was barely big enough to move around with luggage. paying extra for a larger room seemed unfair since i was traveling with standard luggage. also, the self-check-in kiosk felt impersonal, especially when staff were present but didn't offer much assistance. it was like they could have been more helpful.
