central location excellent staff complimentary beverages
The location was very nice. I walked everywhere easily! the staff was always ready to assist, and they gave excellent local tips to. i especially liked the complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge, a nice touch to start my mornings.
the shower pressure was a little low.

beautiful bathroom complimentary drink fresh towel
The room included complimentary drinks , a very nice touch. Fresh towels was daily, and beds were always made. The bathroom had a beautiful design.
Street noise was audible late into the night due to the hotel's central location near a tram stop.

Acceptable, but improvements needed
water temperature poor sound insulation
The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.
The shower was not great, and the temperature was difficult to regulate (i ended up with either too hot or too cold water!). Sound insulation was poor. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and this impacted my sleep.
