the staff was friendly and tried to help.
I booked a 'superior double room merchant patio view', but it felt small and not at all what i expected. the patio view was mostly a view of a wall. also, the room was quite noisy. I could hear every footstep from the hallway.

the location was acceptable. it was fairly central to everything i needed.
The room i was given faced the back. it looked directly onto a brick wall and some kind of ventilation system. there was constant noise, and the view was depressing. The website pictures showed much nicer rooms.
