wonderful stay!
onsite parking easy exploration helpful staff
i enjoyed the onsite parking a lot. the location made exploring so easy. the staff was super helpful and kind, it. the restaurant was a highlight, i ate great food there.
the radiator in the bathroom was confusing. i didn't find the button right away, tricky.

accessible parking accommodating staff super clean room
the hotel location is fantastic! it is so easy to find and offers free accessible parking! the staff was accommodating, i felt so welcomed. my room was super clean and had everything i needed. i even had a tunnocks tea cake!
the light outside my room wasn't working when i arrived, so it was difficult to see the door, it was like that for a few weeks.

Modern and Clean with Great Location
great location clean room soap products
The hotel has a fantastic location, only a short walk to the town center. The room was clean. I found nice Highland Soap Co products in the bathroom (a very thoughtful touch!).
The hotel doesn't have a lift. This was not a problem for me, but it may be difficult for some guests.

The breakfast service could improve. I felt items were hard and cold for the price. Scrambled eggs and toast were alright, but it seemed like the food was prepared much earlier in the day.

perfect short trip
helpful staff clean suite modern design
i found the check-in was fast, and staff helped quickly. our suite was very clean with many amenities. the bathroom had a modern design i thought pretty. and the cleanliness was on point.

the hotel sits near to shops. it has free parking in back i noticed. the hotel location is accessible to central restaurants and shops, which makes it convenient.

the room size i noticed was large and comfortable. triple glazing ensured quietness, nice. there were tunnock teacakes in the room i ate with pleasure, a nice touch.

the staff helped with our bags which was a blessing due to no lift. downstairs is lovely, i spent a great time there. the place provides a relaxing atmosphere i think.
