i enjoyed the onsite parking a lot. the location made exploring so easy. the staff was super helpful and kind, it. the restaurant was a highlight, i ate great food there.
the radiator in the bathroom was confusing. i didn't find the button right away, tricky.

the hotel location is fantastic! it is so easy to find and offers free accessible parking! the staff was accommodating, i felt so welcomed. my room was super clean and had everything i needed. i even had a tunnocks tea cake!
the light outside my room wasn't working when i arrived, so it was difficult to see the door, it was like that for a few weeks.

The hotel has a fantastic location, only a short walk to the town center. The room was clean. I found nice Highland Soap Co products in the bathroom (a very thoughtful touch!).
This was not a problem for me, but it may be difficult for some guests.

The breakfast service could improve. I felt items were hard and cold for the price. Scrambled eggs and toast were alright, but it seemed like the food was prepared much earlier in the day.
