stuffy gymbathroom door
I was quite disappointed by a couple of things . the bathroom door had a bizarre spring-close system. It never stayed open which was inconvenient. also, the gym felt a bit stuffy as it lacked fresh air since it is in the basement..

The bathroom amenities met my expectations. They were quite good.
The soundproofing was poor, i clearly heard doors slamming early. there was no free bottled water in the room (i find this unacceptable). the staff showed no concern when i reported an incident with housekeeping. They did not apologize.
