the staff was so accommodating when i arrived late after a delay. they helped with luggage and explained the pools and entertainment. my room was clean with cold bottled water. throughout my stay, the room was cleaned daily with beds always freshly made.

the hotel had perfect location. it was close to the airport. i found water activities and quad biking available right on site. taxis were easy to get with the staffs help.

My room was a good size and very clean. The air conditioning worked well. I used the gym. It had sufficient equipment for a basic workout. The pools were well-kept. Plenty of seating was available.
The evening entertainment could have been better. It finished quite early.

i liked the direct beach access, it was very convenient. the hotel has three pools, including one with slides. the spa services were good and the dining hall staff was especially accommodating, catering well to dietary needs.
