good variety friendly staff firm beds back pain
The breakfast had good variety. Lunch and dinner changed often and tasted great. The hotel kept the complex very clean. This. The staff were very friendly too.
The hotel room was by the slide pool. This made it quiet, though the beds were very firm. By the end of the visit, my back was hurting. This was not ideal though I tried to not let this get to me.

helpful staff cold water clean room daily cleaning
the staff was so accommodating when i arrived late after a delay. they helped with luggage and explained the pools and entertainment. my room was clean with cold bottled water. throughout my stay, the room was cleaned daily with beds always freshly made.

noisy air conditioning slow maintenance
I found the room quality rather disappointing, to be honest. The air conditioning was quite noisy, impacting sleep quality. I noticed maintenance issues not being addressed promptly, which affected my overall experience. This was frustrating.

clean room good air conditioning sufficient equipment well kept pools
My room was a good size and very clean. The air conditioning worked well. I used the gym. It had sufficient equipment for a basic workout. The pools were well kept. Plenty of seating was available.
The evening entertainment could have been better. It finished quite early.

There are three pools available, one includes a waterslide. I saw a dedicated kids' play area. Evening mini disco events occurred regularly near the main pool. Families seemed to enjoy this.

direct beach access pool with slides accommodating staff
i liked the direct beach access, it was very convenient. the hotel has three pools, including one with slides. the spa services were good and the dining hall staff was especially accommodating, catering well to dietary needs.
