The staff WERE friendly and tried to assist with issues.
The room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals it was OVERPOWERING. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night. It was hard to sleep well.

the kitchen had all the utensils i needed. a full sized refrigerator. the parking was free and really close to the building. the pool looked so inviting, its cleanliness was excellent. i found the reception staff very attentive.
