i finded the staff attentive. my room had a balcony. the hotel provided complimentary water bottles each day. it felt very secure, with controlled access to all areas.
the television remote in my room required new batteries. this was a little annoying, but it didn't ruin my stay.

I loved the cool european vibe and the super clean cleanliness. my room was super clean and so were the public areas. monica at the front desk was amazing. She always remembered my name.
the limited continental breakfast was a bit disappointing. the selection was meager, lacking fruit, cheese, or cold cuts. the toasted bread seemed like supermarket quality.
