lacking cleaningmissing towels
i found the daily cleaning to be seriously lacking. by the end of my nights count stay, the room was quite dirty. also, i had to ask for fresh bath towels on the fourth day. it's frustrating when basic cleanliness isn't maintained without prompting.

amazing stay!
friendly hostscomfy buildingwifi issue
I was so lucky to find this place. The hosts were super friendly and cute! the whole building feels new and comfy. It's clear everything has been redone to a high standard. i really appreciated the location because it was quiet while still being convenient!
The wifi in my room didn't work at all, a real pain. i needed it for directions and keeping in touch, so it was definitely inconvenient. also, the door didn't close properly. I had to push it hard!

The room had comfortable beds and felt newly renovated! kitchen facilities were available, but i didn't actually use them . everything looked immaculate. It was obvious the room was clean.

The hotel is located on a major bus route. I never waited longer than five minutes to catch a bus. it is a straight, easy walk to the city center taking only about twenty minutes. the neighborhood felt safe. I loved exploring the area.

The staff offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, a really nice touch. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. This added a lot to the overall experience. i really felt special.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The bus station was right in front of the building. It was super convenient. I definitely appreciated that the hotel covered the basics well. Off-street free parking was especially convenient.
The wifi in my room did NOT work at all. I needed it for directions, and this was a big issue. The door also didn't close properly without pushing it HARD shut.

lack of towels
The daily cleaning was very poor. The room was really dirty by the end of the week. I had to ask for fresh bath towels and hand towels on the fourth day. This should have been standard practice.
