The location is a short walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi near Gate 309. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff, especially Wafaa, facilitated an early check-in.
The hotel manager ignored my greeting upon arrival.

The location was excellent! It was a short walk to the mosque, and shops were nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, fulfilling my requests promptly. The rooms were spacious and CLEAN, exactly as advertised.
I noticed some noise from the lobby late at night.

I loved the hotel's proximity to the masjid. It made prayer times so convenient. the rooms were neat and clean. I really appreciated that. the staff was efficient and always helpful, a real plus. the strong shower system provided a refreshing experience after a long day.
The pillows weren't the most comfortable. They could use a bit of an upgrade.

The triple room featured high-quality furnishings and wares. It was obvious that attention to detail was a priority. excellent housekeeping services ensured a very clean and cute environment throughout my entire stay. the bathroom was well-appointed.

Though i didn't partake in the breakfast. I did observe the offerings. from what i could see. The breakfast options didn't quite align with my specific cultural preferences. however. There seemed to be adequate choices for others.
