Really good stay, exceeding expectations
unique design spacious room helpful staff comfortable stay
the hotel's design is very unique. i was impressed by the architecture resembling natural caves. the rooms were spacious and well-designed offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything, something i valued greatly.
the gym, while functional, had limited equipment, which sometimes caused slight delays during peak hours.

the hotel offers convenient access to the beach, a short walk is all it takes. transportation is readily available, with taxis frequently accessible near the entrance. the hotel is not far from local attractions and shopping areas.

the beautiful king room featured a spacious layout and included a separate sitting area. the room included two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and plush towels. the decor was tastefully done and complemented the cave theme throughout the hotel

a decent stay overall
cave-like design pool bar gym equipment discolored water non-functional safe dusty floor
the architecture really makes this place unique. the cave-like design is consistent throughout the hotel. i especially liked the pool bar (it was easy to grab a drink). the gym had all the equipment i needed.
the water was often discolored (i used bottled water to brush my teeth). our safe wasn't working (we booked multiple rooms and none of the safes worked). the floors felt dusty to me. (i wish slippers were provided).

The buffet selection was limited food was not always labeled and I experienced multiple allergic reactions. This made eating at the hotel difficult I wish there had been better precautions.

friendly staff good entertainment clean rooms lovely beach
i found the staff to be very friendly and cute. the entertainment was good, and i enjoyed the food. the rooms were clean, and the beach was lovely, i would definitely visit again. the entertainment team was particularly good. i thought the hotel was excellent overall.
i observed that the water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak at times. this did not significantly affect my stay, but it is worth mentioning.
