There was black mould on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel location is handy though parking is not available directly outside, so I parked in a car park a short distance away.

my room key proved difficult to use for both the room and resident entrance. the shower head was improperly fitted. the metal fixture covers on the rail in the shower kept sliding off.

The receptionist helped me with an early check-in. She phoned me to say the room was ready early. The staff were attentive. Rooms were clean. Food was nice. I enjoyed my stay. I want to return.
The hotel window had a draft. There was a visible gap between the window and frame. The water temperature changed suddenly in the shower. It got cold a number of times while I showered.

this hotel, its just bang in the middle of everything. the staff are so awesome, breakfast rocked hard. live music on sunday just makes the place totally alive. it really has been a great few days.
i found one teeny thing a bit off, and that was the shower head. it wasn't fitted perfect. a minor thing, but i thought i would mention it, so they know.

I found the location very central! Staff members showed flexibility and allowed me to have breakfast earlier than the usual time, I was grateful. The breakfast included lovely Guinness bread. I enjoyed the music night on Monday too.
My toilet did not flush properly, and the shower was the worst I ever had.
