a reasonable stay

water pressure great location small caravan long drive
the location felt GOOD. the site was quiet at night, nice. i found the shower to have great water pressure.
the caravan size felt too SMALL. we paid for a premium caravan, but there was only enough space around the table for four people. the beaches i liked best are over an hour away, a DISAPPOINTMENT.

Solid Facilities and Clean Accommodation

modern convenience lovely seating area pub bench
The chalet was very well-kept. It came equipped with all modern conveniences and essentials. A lovely seating area was on the decking to the side of the chalet. There was a pub-style bench at the front, overlooking the hills.
The size of the caravan was disappointing. I paid for a premium caravan advertised as a six-berth. There were not enough dinner seats. There was insufficient space around the table for six people.
Location
8/10
The location is central for easy touring. I found it convenient for visiting nearby attractions and amenities. The park offered nice walks in good weather. Though some may find it a bit remote
Rooms
9/10
The accommodation was clean! and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The showers had good water flow. Though the hot water in the WC and shower room didn't work one day.
Service
9/10
The front-of-house staff were helpful. They greeted me with a warm welcome. The reception staff were friendly. Though there was some confusion with the keys upon arrival.
Facilities
9/10
There is a swimming pool, a café, and a play barn with air hockey machines. The site shop is convenient. Though the café had limited hours. There is a petting zoo.

Relaxing getaway

great quality clean shower green space convenient location
The lodge had great quality throughout. The swimming pool was fantastic, and showers were clean (i loved that). There was lots of green space to play and also a little park with a zip wire. I found the location to be great as well. It was approximately 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and also fast food chains.
Rooms
9/10
The bathroom had very clean and spacious facilities. The accommodation was comfortable and fully equipped. Bedding, towels, pots, and pans were all included. There was really good space for eight people.
Facilities
9/10
The outdoor pool was tidy. The site included a swimming pool, café, and play barn. The site shop was useful. There was a petting zoo with ponies and guinea pigs.
Dining
8/10
The cosy café was open from 9 AM to 12 PM. It did not serve lunches, however. It is a short drive to supermarkets and fast food chains.
Location
9/10
This is a good base to visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. It is conveniently positioned for Truro and St Ives. The location is very beautiful.

Mixed Experience Due To Maintenance and Noise Issues

uncomfortable bed exposed wire
The bed was not comfortable . I reminded me of I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. The wall light above the bed was hanging off, exposing the wire. There was also loud music during the day and at night. The sound came from people using hot tubs, disruptive.

the cozy cabin embraced us with warmth. the swimming pool sparkled, a clean haven after sunny days. the animal corner brought gentle joy, witnessing supervised petting of soft guinea pigs. a lovely touch indeed.
