My room had a fridge (very useful for storing drinks). i appreciated the fresh milk provided in the room. breakfast was hot and plentiful. I pre-ordered it the night before.
I found a strong food smell upon arrival. the follow social distance stickers made me uncomfortable. my tv didn't work properly. It had a bad signal.

tired bathroomdead remote
the place generally reminded me of they were stuck in the past. the bathroom in my room, well, let's just say it has seen better days. i swear, there was a curry smell clinging to everything and that tv remote? dead as a doornail and no loo roll in the bathroom. i expected more for the price

damaged showercold coffee
The room was very dated. I found lots of decoration was needed. the shower was clean but it was damaged and looked grubby. the breakfast cereals and fruit didn't look very appetising to me. Also the coffee and tea was cold.
