The location was near Namba station, providing convenient access to transportation.
The room was very small. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. This made sleeping uncomfortable. It was difficult to get cold water in the bathroom sink. The temperature control was not effective.

the location was conveniently close to station 32 of namba station. hotel staff were friendly. it was easy communicating with them. i left my camera in a cab and one of the hotel's staff talked to the taxi company to help me get it back.
the rooms were small. the bathroom was cramped. room service was unavailable . the bathroom had a persistent foul odor that i did not enjoy.

i had such a fab stay. the location felt perfect to me, not too far from namba station. the staff seemed really nice and helpful, i swear they even prepared a cute surprise because i said i was on my honeymoon. the room was wonderfully clean and super well equipped, i was so happy.
the room felt small, and it was definitely unsuitable for two adults sharing. i also had to ask to change the towels. the rooms were never, such a pity. there wasn't water provided in the rooms, i think they should improve this.
