The staff proved informative and helpful. They spoke english. the hotel provided a good atmosphere. i found the fixed price menu for dinner to be of good quality and excellent value. breakfast included a separate room for individual clients or couples, away from larger groups.

the staffs were nice. serge at frontdesk was a great man, he was very accomodating to our requests. he gave us some great advice around the city.
the room is rather small i think, though the toilet is big. i felt a bit disappointed there isn't much amenities in the room.
