I appreciated the very central location, just a short walk to the main attractions. the staff was always polite and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. the room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated. breakfast offered a good selection of food.
the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the room temperature was difficult to control. also, some of the furniture in the room looked a bit worn. the tv had limited channels.

The hotel had a good size room. It was located near the room of my friends, as requested.
I was frustrated that the air conditioning could not be controlled from the room. The television did not work, and the telephone to call reception was disconnected. The furniture seemed quite old. The carpets had stains.

The location provided easy access to the sanctuary. The bus stop for the airport was directly in front of the building. The staff members I encountered were helpful .
The air conditioning unit in my room was not working. I was not able to use the safe in my room, even after reporting it. The breakfast selection offered a limited variety of choices.
