convenient locationgenerous amenitiesfaulty air conditioningnoise pollution
the location were convenient. it was only a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. the electric kettle were a big plus, and the amenities in the room were generous.
the air conditioning weren't working properly. i contacted reception twice but there was no resolution. i had to sleep with the windows open, and this create a hazard for young children plus noise from the skip collector at 4.30/5 am.

excellent locationwell-served breakfasthelpful staff
The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the sanctuary. The breakfast was well-served. The staff allowed us to keep luggage there after check out. I appreciated this.

The location is very close to the sanctuary. The staff members were very kind and helpful, always eager to assist. They were nice. The hotel offered good options for breakfast.
The air conditioning did not work. I contacted reception twice. I had to sleep with windows open. This created a safety issue because I have young children.
