fantastic accommodation
central location helpful staff relaxing lobby
The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. the hotel is surprisingly quiet, a nice contrast. the staff were helpful, they showed genuine care. i enjoyed having a drink in the lobby. It was quite relaxing.
the room needed more pillows, but i didn't mention it.

tea maker comfortable beds helpful staff
The room included a tea and coffee maker. A nice touch. the beds were comfortable. I slept soundly. the staff was helpful and accommodating to all my needs.

friendly staff good breakfast convenient location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of food. The hotel's proximity to the sanctuary was definitely a plus. Free luggage storage after check-out was available, convenient.
The shower design caused some flooding in the bathroom. I believe improvements could address this issue.

The rooms were very clean. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Air conditioning worked well and there was also a mini fridge for storing drinks.

the location was acceptable, close to various restaurants.
the hotel did not meet expectations. the pillows provided were quite thin. This unpleasantness really overshadowed the stay.

worn room uncomfortable bed
i was somewhat disappointed with a couple of things. the comfort room felt a bit worn (the bed wasn't particularly comfortable). also, at the restaurant, i felt rushed on two occasions (once during breakfast and once during dinner). the staff indicated they were closing soon, which wasn't very relaxing.

good breakfast helpful staff excellent location
the breakfast was of good quality and varied i found the staff pleasant and consistently helpful i liked that the hotel is very close to the basilica. the accessibility to nearby shops was also a considerable advantage for purchasing necessary items. the location facilitated easy access to religious sites.
i noticed the room lacked sufficient soundproofing which did impact the overall tranquility. noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was easily audible. this issue interrupted rest at times.

A Balanced Stay Near the Sanctuary
convenient location friendly staff limited variety outdated bathroom
I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. Its proximity to the sanctuary helped me a lot, as it was only a short walk. The staff were friendly, and I found them willing to help.
The breakfast did not impress me. The variety seemed a bit limited. The bathroom looked outdated. I also notice that the hotel did not provide body and face cream.
