the breakfast was of good quality and varied i found the staff pleasant and consistently helpful i liked that the hotel is very close to the basilica. the accessibility to nearby shops was also a considerable advantage for purchasing necessary items. the location facilitated easy access to religious sites.
i noticed the room lacked sufficient soundproofing which did impact the overall tranquility. noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was easily audible. this issue interrupted rest at times.

the personnel was quite attentive and responsive to requests. the reception desk provided quick assistance and clear information. service during breakfast was efficient and courteous so my dining experience was very nice.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. Its proximity to the sanctuary helped me a lot, as it was only a short walk. The staff were friendly, and I found them willing to help.
The breakfast did not impress me. The variety seemed a bit limited. The bathroom looked outdated. I also notice that the hotel did not provide body and face cream.
