The staff celebrated a birthday with a cake delivered to the room. room service was prompt and the cleaning was immaculate. the front desk and bell staff were helpful. Check-in was easy. the location is advantageous for attending the yi peng festival.
i found the gym rather small.

Really good Stay

friendly staffluxury accessquality cocktails
The level access was definitely worth it (a true luxury!). My children enjoyed the afternoon tea with snacks from 2-4pm. I especially liked the cocktails from 5-7pm, created with fresh ingredients. There was no limit to how many you could have. The staff here were polite and very friendly. They treated the kids well.
I had cold water issues during half of my stay and had to ask twice for the problem to be corrected.

The breakfast dining area felt more intimate and less chaotic because of its smaller size. Both the buffet and a la carte breakfast options were excellent, with particularly good coffee. This.

The breakfast restaurant felt TOO large and loud. It seemed more tailored for other guests than for europeans. I expected more variety. I also thought the gym was quite SMALL. The selection of equipment felt limited, and it got crowded easily.

From arrival, I felt special because of the detailed attention. Staff members are happy and work well as a team (this makes a difference!). I noticed the hotel provides daily meals for all staff, a concept I find wonderful. This shows appreciation for their happiness and excellence.
The ceiling in the room felt a bit low.
