eaten olives unclean plate
the pool was acceptable , it was never too crowded .
the dining experience disappointed me , especially one morning. i was served olives that seemed to have been partially eaten , which was unhygienic. additionally , a main dish arrived on a plate that wasn't clean , which really detracted from the meal.

poor restaurant vietnamese food
the restaurants are really poor unfortunately , the vietnamese food is not great. sasa restaurant is basic and so is breezes and improvement to the food and beverage offering is urgently needed as it does not match the beautiful villas. only 2 options for dinner is not sufficient either.

strong mold odor impersonal service
the pool was nice , but i wish there had been more shaded areas.
my first room smelled strongly of mold , it was really unpleasant. the staff didn't seem very friendly or cute , it felt impersonal for a resort of this level. communication was difficult due to language barriers.
