I found the staff friendly and professional. they were helpful with everything, from suggesting local attractions to arranging excursions. the location was convenient. It was only ten minutes from the busy areas i wanted to visit. the proximity to national tourist sites was a great bonus.
the water pressure in the shower was occasionally inconsistent.

the location is superb! attractions and restaurants are very close. i found the staff helpful and friendly, a very great duo. i experienced very good water pressure in the shower. the rooms were always very comfy and tidy.
the pool is indeed smaller than the impression i got from photos.

The central location allowed easy walks to restaurants and attractions. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing end to the day, after sightseeing. Our room featured comfortable beds and ample space. Staff members were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel taxi service arrived 30 minutes late. There was no explanation. I had to follow up repeatedly. WiFi was unreliable, dropping frequently. Accessing our room with the key card was a constant issue .

The location was central I found it easy to visit nearby tourist areas. The staff were friendly and cute I appreciated their helpful attitude. The swimming pool was a good size and provided a nice space to relax.
My room was quite small a beautiful room should be more spacious. The air conditioner made a heavy noise it was terribly annoying. Breakfast needed more vegetarian options the selection felt limited.
