stylish hotel with really good service
rooftop bar city view late-night snack
my four-night stay featured a meticulously cleaned room daily. the rooftop bar offered lovely city views especially enjoyable with a late-night snack. staff promptly addressed visa issues and even waived penalties. the option for a post-checkout shower was a considerate touch for late flights.
i found the club noise on the 20th floor unacceptable for an executive level room. earplugs were provided with a note regarding the noise. i would have preferred a quieter environment without needing earplugs.

the breakfast had a large range of foods available and was really good. a late-night menu at the rooftop bar satisfied midnight cravings. the albion restaurant had fabulous food service and city view.

the staff was efficient responsive and readily available. the staff's customer-first approach impressed me. they responded promptly and were reassuring when i faced visa issues. they allowed access to spa and gym facilities for a late checkout.

convenient location breakfast buffet excellent service small room sectioned bathroom slow elevator
the location was convenient. i liked the breakfast buffet on the second floor. i also found the dinner at albion to be quite good. staff offered excellent service.
the room i received was one of the smallest on the floor. the bathroom wasn't properly sectioned off. the elevators seemed quite slow and one shaft was not operating correctly.

nespresso machine feather pillows really good cleanliness infinity pool
the room had a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water. i found several types of feather pillows provided an excellent sleep experience. the cleanliness was really good throughout the entire hotel. the rooftop infinity pool offered fine city views.
the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet included generous asian and western options. i especially enjoyed the excellent bread and pastries. the chef at the albion restaurant came to the table. It made the dinner very special.

the breakfast room is on the 2nd floor. it features different food stations with international and local cuisine. tea and coffee are served at the table. the rooftop bar serves food all day. it has a bar snacks menu. happy hour is between 4 and 7.
the room was on the 9th floor. it was very smelly and noisy. there was loud staged singing at 3:00 in the afternoon. the glass bridge is a gimmic, it's not very clean.

the breakfast buffet was amazing. it included a great selection of local and international options. the rooftop pool had comfortable loungers. but the view was amazing!

the room amenities were great the bed was bliss. the breakfast had many choices the cheese selection was excellent. the staff are very friendly warm and helpful i especially appreciate nhut who was always happy to assist with anything. the food quality impressed me especially the delicious wagyu pho
