poor cleaningconstant noise
I found a few things disappointing . the room felt quite small, and the cleaning wasn't thorough at all. I didn't get service on the first day, for example! also, the noise was pretty bad. It's beside a busy intersection and near the bitexco tower, so i constantly heard traffic and bar noise. earplugs helped a little, but the thin doors made it easy to hear hallway sounds too. it was not ideal.

The location was convenient, close to many tourist spots and restaurants. i found the breakfast amazing. It had an excellent variety. the staff was super helpful. i really appreciated their assistance with taxis and shopping tips. i was comfortable in the room.
the room faced some noise from nearby establishments at night.
