coconut drink friendly staff vietnamese antiques small reception missing toiletries limited dining
The staff greeted me with a refreshing coconut drink (i really needed it after the trip). they were always quick to open doors and assist with my luggage. the hotel features beautiful vietnamese antiques, a unique touch. buffet breakfast was quite good. I tried a different noodle soup each day.
The reception area seemed a bit small upon arrival. toiletries were not readily available in the room. I had to pick them up from reception.

Really good Saigon Experience
local art buffet breakfast
The hotel showcased finely curated art. There was plenty of local art on display and I really liked it. The buffet breakfast offered diverse choices with Asian treats, cheese boards, and fresh bread. I especially enjoyed the plant-based lotus milk. It was tasty and unique.
I found the walls to be thin. This resulted in disruptive noise from the hallway, affecting my sleep. The doors seemed to have space between the door and the frame, therefore I could hear everything.

The staff offered help with carrying luggage due to the steps at the entrance. They were cute and always ready to assist. I am grateful for their support.

small room poor cleaning
the hotel location is pretty central and convenient to walk around the area.
the room i was given was quite small and it wasnt cleaned properly. actually, the first day it wasn't cleaned at all. i found this to be a bit of a letdown considering the price.

poor cleaning constant noise
I found a few things disappointing . the room felt quite small, and the cleaning wasn't thorough at all. I didn't get service on the first day, for example! also, the noise was pretty bad. It's beside a busy intersection and near the bitexco tower, so i constantly heard traffic and bar noise. earplugs helped a little, but the thin doors made it easy to hear hallway sounds too. it was not ideal.

The location was convenient, close to many tourist spots and restaurants. i found the breakfast amazing. It had an excellent variety. the staff was super helpful. i really appreciated their assistance with taxis and shopping tips. i was comfortable in the room.
the room faced some noise from nearby establishments at night.
