adequate stay with issues.
easy parkinghidden costsearly closure
the breakfast was good. parking was easy since i rented a car.
The staff provided different opening hours. this happened when i asked about the pool, spa, and restaurant. also, some costs were hidden. The spa costs extra for a 90 minute session. the rooftop bar closed very early at 6pm on a saturday evening.

The staff were helpful AND polite. i found the gluten free options fabulous! i was delighted. the level lounge was great too. Breakfast was served there.
there WAS no door on the bathroom, strangely. there was a door on the toilet though! the air con in the room was definitely needed, as it was hot in august.
