The breakfast included a huge selection of food and drink. The hotel design incorporated lots of lovely touches. The pool area was well maintained.
The hotel website pictures did not accurately reflect the hotel. The rooms are in bad need of an upgrade. There were no shelves in the bathroom.

I found the private beach access quite convenient. It was steps away from the hotel. the bus stop outside was also a plus, providing easy access to palma. the breakfast buffet offered various options, and i enjoyed the fresh fruit. the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.
the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet featured a live cooking station. It offered omelets and pancakes. there were gluten-free options readily available, and the staff was attentive to dietary needs. i found the coffee freshly brewed. The selection of teas was extensive.

The double room frontal sea view included a balcony with seating. The view was lovely. it featured a mini-fridge, and there was a safe for valuables. i liked that the bathroom had a rainfall shower. Toiletries were replenished daily.

The hotel is about 8 km from palma cathedral! there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for convenient travel. i also noticed several shops and restaurants nearby. The proximity to other beaches was a bonus.

wonderful retreat
friendly staff direct access fresh fruit
the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the direct access to the sea for swimming. the breakfast buffet was great (especially the variety of fresh fruit).
i found that taxis from the hotel were sometimes difficult to get. ubers were available, but the cost was a bit high.

the reception staff were very polite and accommodating during check-in and throughout my stay. housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy with fresh towels each day. the concierge was very helpful with local information.

breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold items, including gluten-free options. the restaurant had a beautiful view overlooking the sea (the ambiance was good). service during dinner was prompt and courteous.

the room included a comfortable king-size bed and a small balcony. it also featured a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks. there was a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table.

fine building exterior poor service staff attitude
the building exterior looked fine to me. i snapped many photos from the balconies, and they seemed straight out of a movie.
the service felt poor. it seemed like every staff member hates their job. each time i asked something, they looked like i was inconveniencing them.

Amazing Stay with a Gorgeous View!
sea view helpful staff quiet spa
My room had a beautiful sea view. I loved it! Dinner buffet was AMAZING!!! The hotel staff were helpful and assisted me with a car rental. The spa is beautifully built and very quiet too.

The hotel has multiple floors, so take notes to remember where everything is! I would recall the 4th floor being the lobby. The 3rd floor is the restaurant and bar.

The view from our room was beautiful. It was close to the beach. It. The hotel welcomed us with champagne upon arrival.
The bar staff sometimes refused to serve drinks. They were slow. One of the nights, a bartender cursed as he closed the door at us after we ordered a drink.
