The breakfast included a huge selection of food and drink. The hotel design incorporated lots of lovely touches. The pool area was well maintained.
The hotel website pictures did not accurately reflect the hotel. The rooms are in bad need of an upgrade. There were no shelves in the bathroom.

I found the private beach access quite convenient. It was steps away from the hotel. the bus stop outside was also a plus, providing easy access to palma. the breakfast buffet offered various options, and i enjoyed the fresh fruit. the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.
the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel is about 8 km from palma cathedral! there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for convenient travel. i also noticed several shops and restaurants nearby. The proximity to other beaches was a bonus.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the direct access to the sea for swimming. the breakfast buffet was great (especially the variety of fresh fruit).
i found that taxis from the hotel were sometimes difficult to get. ubers were available, but the cost was a bit high.

the reception staff were very polite and accommodating during check-in and throughout my stay. housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy with fresh towels each day. the concierge was very helpful with local information.

The view from our room was beautiful. It was close to the beach. It. The hotel welcomed us with champagne upon arrival.
The bar staff sometimes refused to serve drinks. They were slow. One of the nights, a bartender cursed as he closed the door at us after we ordered a drink.
