amazing stay!
superb vistabreakfast buffetconverted mansionaristocrat feel
the location was perfect! the sea vista from my balcony room was superb. breakfast included an all-you-can-eat buffet served from 8-11 am. the hotel has a converted victorian mansion feel, like some aristocrat invited you as their guest.
The bistro felt a bit cold. I definitely recommend wearing layers.

amazing teamgreat kindnesswonderful fooddietary needs
The wedding was AMAZING, the team was really kind and attentive. Faye helped my son with his meal, accommodating dietary needs. I am vegan! Jack and Faye showed great kindness. The kitchen team prepared wonderful food for us. I HIGHLY recommend it as a wedding venue.
The EV chargers were not working , and the receptionist did mock us in front of other guests. It was a slight DOWNER.

The hotel offers excellent views of the sea and is a short walk from the town centre. It is also located near Berry Head, perfect for a walk or a visit to the cafe. I REALLY enjoyed it!

The hotel has an indoor pool. Weekends in the bar and lounge area feature live singers or piano music. It's a GREAT place to enjoy with family. (My dog loved it!).

The staff members are very pleasant and accommodating. Mandy (a bar staff member) was polite, smiley, and very helpful. Her excellent service. I really HOPE she is there next year!

the apartment was super clean, and great value for money. the location was excellent for lovely nature walks. parking was free. available spaces were enough considering it was a weekend. the swimming pool and spa areas had limited spaces, but it wasn't too overcrowded. it reminded me of we had a private pool!

i had a really great time at this place. the staff went out of their way to help. my room had a super comfy bed. i especially liked the indoor pool. it was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring nearby.
the bar service was a little slow one evening, and i got a rum instead of the vodka and coke i asked for, a bit frustrating.

the apartment with sea view was comfortable. i enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. the private hot tub on the balcony offered a space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
the hotel charged extra for hot tubs outside even though they looked unused.

the restaurant had excellent food. drinks at the lounge were at reasonable prices. i enjoyed the very accomplished musician playing guitar one night.
I noticed a massive cobweb over the bed. Cleaning seemed an issue.
