adequate stay, but with issues.
tiny roombroken remote
the room i got was surprisingly tiny. i mean, i've seen bigger closets in other hotels. also, the tv remote didn't work, i tried to asked for assistance with it, but nobody ever came. it was a bummer after a long day.

The hotel staff were cute and helpful, i really reminded me of a valued guest! the gardens provided a peaceful retreat. i enjoyed an easy walk to the town center in about twenty minutes. It was quite interesting. the quiet gardens were good, offering a lovely place to relax. but i also liked the convenient location for exploring.
The minibar was not working! i had to go to the first floor for water at night. this was quite inconvenient. Especially when i was thirsty.

i found the staff very friendly . check-in was quick, and the garden area was peaceful. the location is fantastic, right across from the main train station (i really needed that). the rooms were also quite modern, which i appreciated after a long journey.
the hallways felt a little plain, almost like a dorm.

They quickly addressed my inquiries and needs. a plus was the working ac.
i noticed some slight wear around the toilet seat, which suggests a minor need for more attention to detail, but it did not affect my stay.
