little natural lightlimited breakfast
My room was on the lower level. There was very little natural light. It was disappointing. The breakfast was not good. It was below average for this type of hotel. There was not much choice available. I would expect more variety.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There was an electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room. I found a variety of items at breakfast, a lovely start to each day.

the location was great for getting around. i liked that it was a short walk to victoria station. the room was really clean and had air conditioning. staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage.
the breakfast selection was a little limited, there weren't hot options available.

the hotel includes luggage storage for early arrivals, this is very useful. victoria coach station is only a three-minute walk away, that is convenient for travelers using coaches, it is near the hotel.

the family room was well-appointed with modern appliances. it also felt quiet, the top-floor location helped. the powerful shower was a plus and the room was reasonably clean, that's important.

The air conditioning did not work . It was particularly frustrating because the room became uncomfortably hot. I expected better, especially given the price. This significantly impacted my comfort.

kind staffperfect locationmissing shelves
the staff was very kind, always eager to help. emran and the team were particularly helpful . the hotel's location was perfect, close to many attractions.
i noticed the absence of shelves in the bathroom. it would be useful for storing toiletries. also, i could hear doors slamming late at night.
