my room provided ample space. the city view from the room was quite nice. i found the bed and pillows comfortable. (i slept really well).

the room was spacious and clean with good bathroom amenities and a nesspresso machine. it was an eight minute walk from the train station and a seven minute walk to the city center. the breakfast offered a good tasty selection, which i appreciated.
i found the payment process a bit unclear. upon arrival, my credit card was scanned, and an amount for the stay plus a deposit was blocked. a more straightforward upfront payment option would have been preferable to me.

Charming Stay, A Return Visit is a Must

The room was spacious. It was also modern and very clean. The staff was helpful. They were both friendly and nice. The location is ideal. It is close enough to the city center (a definite plus!).
I noticed that used coffee cups or glasses were occasionally replaced with other used ones. It was a minor issue during an otherwise great stay.

The staff at the hotel ensured every request was handled efficiently, providing excellent service. Assistance with directions and local attractions was readily available. The team seemed genuinely eager to help with luggage or any other needs I had.

the location was perfect! it was easy to access the center with bikes. the staff members were amazingly friendly! i would certainly visit again.
The tea and coffee setup in the room was lacking. the tray looked stained, a detail that detracted from the otherwise perfect cleanliness. there wasn't enough tea, coffee, and sugar provided. Stirrers were also scarce.
