the breakfast was varied with fresh vegetables and fruits. i liked the soft towels in the room. the staff always dealt with issues with a smile and great customer service.

the breakfast had many choices and a barista prepared fresh coffee the beds offered extreme comfort with quality pillows duvets and bed linen. the bathroom was large and the high pressure shower worked very well

i found the staff very responsive. i needed assistance after i locked myself out on the balcony by accident. i emailed the hotel when i couldn't see the taxi driver i booked. they answered me straight AWAY. grateful.

I found a complimentary bottle of water awaiting me, a tender gesture. the air conditioning was quite effective, a gentle breeze caressed me. the room provided restful nights. the queen size bed offered solace. Its embrace calmed my soul, with my Standard Double Room it was like home.
I noticed paper cups were provided. I would have preferred real mugs for my tea.

The location was acceptable. It allowed for relatively easy access to main attractions.
The room I got faced a very noisy street. It was hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. The food quality was pretty low. Plus. The coffee from the machine tasted like dishwater.
